Before your first visit

Your consultation is a private conversation with Whitney about what you want to feel and what you'd like to address. We'll review your skin, your medical history, and your goals — then build a recommended plan together. There's no pressure to book treatments the same day.
We kindly ask for 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or reschedule. Many of our products — including neurotoxins like Botox — have a specific shelf life, and missed appointments may result in a loss of product as well as our inability to serve another client. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice or no-shows are charged a $50 fee. Payment is due at the time of service. We always offer complimentary follow-up consultations two weeks after any procedure to address any thoughts or concerns.
Yes. All medical-grade treatments — including injectables, microneedling, lasers, and chemical peels — are performed by Whitney Buckland, PA-C. South Carolina law requires a licensed medical provider to perform these procedures, and at Shoreline that is always Whitney personally.
The Society is a membership that organizes your treatments around how you want to feel — Effortless, True, Confident, or Unforgettable. Each tier includes a defined annual treatment plan, member rates, and access to services reserved exclusively for members. Treatments accrue monthly, and benefits unlock from your first visit.
Two things. First, every patient is treated by the owner — Whitney is the medical provider, not a brand. Second, our work is built around natural, lasting results, not trends. Many of our clients have been with us for years and have never looked “done.” That is intentional.
Yes. We accept all major payment methods, and our Bridal and Membership programs offer monthly installment options. We can walk through the right structure for you during your consultation.
