Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Shoreline Aesthetics is a boutique medical practice. Whitney sees a limited number of patients each week, and every appointment is dedicated time blocked specifically for you. Cancellations and no-shows directly impact other patients waiting for those slots. The following policy is designed to be fair to everyone — including you.

Booking & Deposits

  • All new patient appointments require a $50 booking deposit, which is applied toward your treatment cost.
  • The deposit holds your appointment time and confirms your commitment to attend.
  • Payment information is collected at the time of booking through our secure online portal.

Cancellation Notice

  • 48 hours or more in advance: Full deposit refunded or applied to a rescheduled appointment.
  • Less than 48 hours but more than 24 hours: Deposit credited toward a future appointment but not refundable.
  • Less than 24 hours: Deposit forfeited.

No-Show Policy

If you fail to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice:

  • Your deposit is forfeited.
  • A second no-show may require pre-payment in full to schedule any future appointments.
  • A third no-show may result in being removed from our scheduling system.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure proper time for your treatment and respect for the patient scheduled after you. Standard cancellation terms may apply.

Membership & Banked Credits

  • Society membership credits remain valid for 24 months from the date they are earned.
  • If you cancel your membership, banked credits remain available for use within the 24-month window.
  • Credits are non-transferable and non-refundable as cash.
  • Membership cancellations require 30 days written notice and are effective at the end of the current billing cycle.

Bridal & Event Programs

The Unforgettable bridal and event programs require a separate program agreement signed at the time of enrollment. Cancellation terms for these multi-month programs are detailed in that agreement and may differ from standard service appointments. If your event date changes, we work with you to rebuild the timeline within the 24-month credit validity window.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that emergencies happen. Medical emergencies, family emergencies, and severe weather are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if an exceptional circumstance prevents you from attending, and we'll work with you in good faith.
