Pricing & Treatment Plans

• Pricing displayed on our website is current at the time of publication and is subject to change.
• Final pricing for any treatment is determined at consultation based on your individual treatment plan.
• "Member" pricing requires an active Society membership; benefits cease upon cancellation, but banked credits remain valid per the Cancellation Policy above.
• Promotional pricing, package deals, and limited-time offers are governed by their own terms communicated at the time of offer.

Photography & Before/After Images

We may take clinical photographs as part of your treatment record. These are considered protected health information and are not shared without your written authorization. If you'd like your treatment photos used for marketing, social media, or educational purposes, we'll request specific written authorization separately.
