Ensuring the Best Experience
At Shoreline Aesthetics, we go out of our way to make sure our valued clients have the best experience possible during the appointment, from the minute they enter our doors to the moment they leave our hands. Please take a moment to review our policies to ensure you understand our operations procedures.
We kindly ask for 24 hour cancellation notice. Many of our products, including botox, have a specific shelf life and missing appointments may cause a loss of product as well as our inability to service another client.
If unable to provide a 24 hours notice, or "no shows" the client will be charged $50.
We always offer complimentary follow up consultation two weeks from any procedures to address any thoughts or concerns. However, we will be unable to provide any refunds on services or products.
